“ Very good service by James! Very accommodating and friendly. Food was tasty and tasted very authentic. Food was quite pricey but worth the try. ”
“ A nice place to try if you like Cantonese food. Served by Hara who was very attentive to our needs. Tried the fortune dim sum platter and noodles, chicken rice and mantou. All were delicious. ”
“ My first time here, and i will definitely come again. Our wonderful server was Ms Fairi, such a courteous one! ”
“ This is my 2nd time dining at Queen Canton. The 1st time was when they just first opened in KLIA T2. The food quality in terms of taste has definitely improved over my 1st experience. What stood out the most for me in my 2nd experience is the warmth of their front line service here. Being a frequent flyer and connecting flights in between, having a friendly face makes the day as well. I actually needed to charge up my phone as my flight has been delayed and I missed out packing my power bank. Immediately the lady who seated me assured me she will seat me next to a power source and she did. This round I had their set meal of salted egg abalone mushroom, rice, soup, fried spring roll and watermelon. For RM40, I think this is a fair price especially when its an airport. The food was pretty good albeit the rice being cold. I also ordered a trio of dim sum and it was pretty good as well if I were to compare to Din by Din Tai Fung. I would say if you are in KLIA T2, make a trip down to the arrival hall and dine here. Din is always packed and the food quality isnt what it was as well. Comparatively, dining at Queen Canton was a more pleasant experience. Less crowded and more relaxing. ”
“ Year on year it's the second time I order exactly the same dishes steam COD fish and fried veggies. It was excellent the first time (December 2024). But a good restaurant is measured by it's capacity to repeat the same dish with the same quality and taste on the long terme. Excellent today ( august 2025). I give a five star. ”
“ I went for lunch on the 2nd of October and ordered seafood hor fun. The food portion was huge for one person. While enjoying my noodles, I found an eggshell in the dish and immediately informed the staff. They offered to cook a new one, but since I was almost done with my meal, I told them it wasn’t necessary. They also offered to pack a new one for takeaway, but as I was catching a flight, I declined and mentioned that a small discount would suffice. When I asked for the bill, they told me it had been taken care of. I was very impressed with their service recovery, thanked them, and left a tip to show my appreciation. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, but a special mention goes to Esther—the lady who assisted me from the moment I arrived until I left the restaurant. ”
“ I had an amazing service here by both Hafiz and Tan. They were very friendly and attentive. Hafiz even helped me with my bags and warmly welcomed me to my seat. They keep the table clean by clearing out any completed dishes of the meals I've ordered. I saw that they're treating customers of other tables the same. Very good customer service I must say and I see consistency. Food were above average! I ordered grill chicken dumpling, ebiko prawn dumpling, and pearl of the orient. Tasted fresh and well seasoned. ”
